💗 Meet Regina

I’m Regina, a certified nutrition coach, home cook at heart, and someone who has personally experienced the power of healing through food.

My journey into nutrition didn’t start in a classroom—it started in my own home.

When my oldest son was just five years old, we were facing significant behavioral challenges and were encouraged to consider medication. While I fully believe every family has the right to make the best decision for their situation, my husband and I felt called to explore another path first.

Through research, we began making changes to his diet—removing sugar, dyes, and gluten—and within weeks, we saw incredible transformation. He became calmer, more focused, and more like himself again. That experience changed everything for our family.

From Personal Healing to Purpose

Over the years, I continued to deepen my understanding of nutrition—not just for my family, but for my own health as well.

After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, fibromyalgia and later diabetes, I experienced firsthand the impact that food, inflammation, and lifestyle have on the body. Through intentional changes—focusing on whole foods, removing processed ingredients, and building consistent habits—I was able to support my body in ways I never thought possible.

What started as a personal journey became a passion… and eventually, a calling.
